Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The PodKrafter.com Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying subscribers to PodKrafter.com ("Platform"), operated by Sequel AI Ltd, a UK Limited Company.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
1. Program Overview
The PodKrafter.com Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying subscribers to PodKrafter.com ("Platform"), operated by Sequel AI Ltd, a UK Limited Company (registered number 16897137).
2. Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as 35% of the subscription's net amount (excluding taxes and Stripe processing fees). For each billing cycle that the referred customer remains subscribed, a new commission is generated automatically, and applies for the lifetime of the referred customer's active subscription.

3. Payment Terms
Commissions enter a 30-day pending period after the billing date. Once eligible, they are included in the next monthly payout batch, provided the minimum threshold is met. Unpaid balances below the threshold carry over to the next period.
Payments are made via Stripe to your connected bank account or the payout email on file. Configure your payout details in the Settings tab of your Affiliates dashboard to receive payouts.

4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Self-referral:
- Using your own referral link to earn commission on your own subscriptions.
- Brand keyword bidding:
- Running paid search ads bidding on "PodKrafter," "podkrafter.com," or similar brand terms.
- Spam:
- Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any bulk communications promoting your referral link.
- Fraudulent activity:
- Creating fake accounts, using bots, click farming, or any form of artificial inflation of metrics.
- Trademark violations:
- Using PodKrafter trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner.
- Cookie stuffing:
- Forcing cookies on users without their knowledge or genuine click intent.
- Incentivized clicks:
- Offering payment, credits, or incentives for clicking your referral link.
- Misleading claims:
- Making false or exaggerated claims about the platform's capabilities.
5. Refund & Chargeback Policy
Commissions are subject to reversal in the following scenarios:
- Pending/eligible commissions:
- Automatically cancelled if the referred customer receives a refund.
- Paid commissions (within 90 days):
- A negative commission (clawback) will be created and deducted from your next payout.
- Paid commissions (beyond 90 days):
- Reviewed case by case; clawbacks may still apply for fraud or chargebacks.
- Chargebacks:
- Any chargeback dispute results in immediate commission reversal.
6. Account Termination
We may terminate your affiliate account for:
- Violation of any prohibited activity listed in Section 4
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
- Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
- At our discretion with 30 days written notice
7. Tax Responsibilities
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commission earnings in their respective jurisdictions. PodKrafter.com (Sequel AI Ltd) is a UK registered company and is not required to issue 1099 forms or equivalent tax documentation.
An annual earnings summary is available for download from your affiliate dashboard to assist with tax filing.
8. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify the commission rate, payment terms, cookie window, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
PodKrafter.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
