Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Your Account (Self-Serve)

• Sign in and go to Dashboard → Settings
• Scroll to the "Danger zone" section
• Click "Delete account" and confirm
• Your account, shows, episodes, scripts and files are scheduled for deletion immediately

2. Request Deletion by Email

Email privacy@podkrafter.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and action valid requests within a reasonable period, in accordance with UK GDPR.

3. What We Delete

• Account profile and login credentials
• Podcasts, episodes, scripts, audio files and artwork
• Voice presets and settings
• Affiliate referral and earnings records (subject to accounting retention requirements)

4. What We May Retain

Where required by law, we may retain limited records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or regulatory purposes (for example, payment transaction records processed by Stripe). Such records are kept only as long as legally required.

5. Published RSS Feeds

Deleting your account disables your RSS feeds. If you submitted your feed to podcast directories, you may also need to remove the show inside each directory's dashboard (Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts Connect, etc.).
