These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Sequel AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a UK Limited Company (registered number 16897137, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX), governing your use of PodKrafter.com.

2. Description of Service

PodKrafter.com provides an AI-powered platform for the automated creation, review, and distribution of podcast content. Our Service includes:

• AI-assisted topic research and episode outlining
• AI script generation with a fact-check layer
• AI voice synthesis and multi-speaker rendering
• AI cover art, show notes and chapter generation
• Podcast RSS feed generation for third-party directories
• Affiliate and sponsor tooling

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service to create content that violates third-party rights
• Not use the Service to create harmful, illegal, deceptive, or defamatory content
• Not misrepresent AI-generated voices as real identifiable people

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. PodKrafter.com claims no ownership over your generated scripts, audio, artwork or feeds. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for voice synthesis (ElevenLabs, OpenAI, xAI), language models, image generation, payments (Stripe) and podcast directories (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, YouTube Music). You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. PodKrafter.com is not responsible for changes, disruptions, or terminations by third-party platforms.

6. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by our AI models is created using machine learning algorithms. While our pipeline includes research and fact-check stages, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will always be error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. Simulated guests in interview episodes are fictional constructs and must not be presented as real, identifiable individuals.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits granted with a subscription renew monthly and remain available while your subscription is active; purchased credit packs do not expire.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Unused purchased credits are refundable at our discretion.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes when possible. Published RSS feeds and downloaded audio remain yours regardless of subscription status.

10. Limitation of Liability

PodKrafter.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from content published to third-party platforms.
