Content Policy

Last updated: October 2026

PodKrafter gives you powerful tools to create audio content. With that power comes responsibility. This policy defines what may not be created or distributed using the Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use PodKrafter to create or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates fraud
  • Defames, harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals
  • Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination
  • Impersonates real, identifiable people without consent — including cloned or lookalike voices
  • Spreads deliberate misinformation presented as fact
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors, or any child exploitation content
  • Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
  • Infringes intellectual property rights (copyrighted scripts, books, or audio you don't have rights to)
  • Depicts or encourages self-harm

2. AI Voice & Disclosure Rules

  • Interview-format guests are simulated — do not present them as real people
  • Do not name AI voices after real individuals or imply endorsement by real individuals
  • Use the built-in AI disclosure tools; transparency builds listener trust and satisfies emerging platform requirements
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of claims in your episodes

3. Enforcement

We may review content flagged by users, directories, or automated systems. Violations may result in content removal, episode unpublishing, account suspension, or termination. We may report illegal content to relevant authorities.

4. Reporting

To report content that violates this policy, email support@podkrafter.com with the show or episode details.
